More than multi-open — dedicated account workspaces

BitBrowser creates isolated browser environments for different businesses and accounts — from cross-border stores and ads to social ops and team collaboration, managed in one workspace.

Cross-border stores

Separate environments per store

Create environments for Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and more. Manage login state, fingerprints, and network settings independently for clearer multi-store ops.

Advertising

Split workspaces by account and project

Keep ad accounts, projects, and lines of business in separate environments so logins and network configs stay apart for daily campaign work.

Social media

Independent social account management

Build environments for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and similar profiles. Preserve each login state so operations stay organized across accounts.

Team collaboration

Assign environments; keep roles clear

Allocate environments and permissions by ops, media buying, and support roles. Teammates do not share one login, and handoffs stay easier to manage.

The free tier includes 10 browser environments. Need more environments or team features? See pricing, or visit the home page for features.

Is BitBrowser free to download?

Yes. The client is free to download and install. The free tier lets you create and use 10 browser environments. If you later need more environments, team seats, or extras, pick a plan that matches your usage.

Which build should I choose for Windows vs macOS?

Match the installer to your computer. Windows users should take the Windows 64-bit build; macOS users should pick Apple Silicon or Intel based on the Mac processor.

Apple Silicon vs Intel — what is the difference?

Apple Silicon builds run on Macs with Apple M-series chips (M1, M2, M3, M4, and similar). Intel builds are for older Macs with Intel processors. Features are the same; only the architecture packaging differs.

How do I check if my Mac is Apple Silicon or Intel?

Open the Apple menu → About This Mac and check the chip or processor info. If you see an Apple M-series chip, download Apple Silicon; if you see Intel, download the Intel build.

What hardware do I need?

We recommend Windows 10+ or macOS 11+. For smooth multi-environment use, prefer a quad-core or better CPU, 8 GB+ RAM, and at least 1 GB free disk space.

Can I create environments right after install?

After installing and signing in, you can create new browser environments. Configure browser parameters, network, and related settings per business need; each environment can keep its own login state and browser data.

What do the free 10 environments mean?

An environment is an independent browser workspace. Each can store its own cookies, login state, browser config, and related data. The free tier allows up to 10 environments — good for trials, small multi-account setups, or early-stage work.

If I reinstall, are my environments still there?

Retention depends on account data, local storage, and what you do during reinstall. Normal client updates usually do not require recreating environments. Before uninstalling, migrating machines, or reinstalling the OS, make sure important environments and account data are backed up.

Does BitBrowser update automatically?

The client may prompt for updates as new versions ship. Prefer the latest official stable release for compatibility, features, and fixes.

Where is the safest place to download?

Always download from the official BitBrowser website and verify the page, product name, and file source. Avoid modified, cracked, or third-party repackaged builds.

What use cases fit BitBrowser?

BitBrowser fits workflows that need separate browser environments — cross-border store ops, ad account management, social account work, and team collaboration. Different businesses and accounts can have dedicated environments for logins, configs, and workflows.

Do I need to install Chrome separately?

Usually no — you do not install a separate browser per environment. The client creates and manages environments with its own browser mechanism. If a feature needs an extra component, follow the in-client prompts.
