What is the core difference between Free and paid plans?
Free permanently includes 10 environment windows for trials and small setups. Paid plans mainly increase windows and seats, and unlock backup, share/transfer, batch proxy export, and similar collaboration features. Fingerprint isolation, sync, and RPA are available on every tier.
Can I pay yearly?
The site shows monthly reference prices. The client billing center may offer longer cycles or promotions; follow the checkout page. For volume purchases, contact us via the footer.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, plus local options such as YooMoney, VietQR, Pix, and SBP. Available methods depend on what the client billing center shows.
Where do I pay to activate a plan?
First download the client, then use Home “Top up” or Billing “Activate plan”, choose a tier, and pay. This pricing page only lists plans and does not collect payment.
How soon does payment take effect?
Most channels activate instantly after successful payment. If the network is slow, refresh billing later; if nothing shows after 30 minutes, contact support with your payment proof.
Can I use an international card or PayPal?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal work for international users. If the issuer or region blocks the charge, try a local method or ask support for help.
How do I renew or upgrade?
Renew your current plan in the client billing center, or upgrade to more windows / add seats. Upgrades usually settle by price difference or the new tier rules shown in the client.
What if payment fails or I am charged twice?
Check card/wallet balance and network, then retry. If you were charged but not activated, or charged twice, keep the order ID and screenshot and contact us via the footer email or phone.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
After payment, view orders in the client billing center. For invoices or payment proof, contact support with your account and order details.
